Strength & Balance with James – Tuesday 9.30am-10.15am

James

Join us as James guides us through a range of activities, that can be completed from a seated or standing position, and are designed to improve fitness, flexibility and, of course, strength and balance! Each movement can be adapted to suit all abilities.

Yoga with Helen – Tuesday 6pm-6.45pm

HelenThe fun way to reduce stress, increase confidence and improve overall wellbeing. It can also be great for improving flexibility, strength and balance, which can, in turn, improve joint health and relieve existing pain. Join in from the comfort of your own home.

Seated Movement with James – Thursday 9.30am-10.15am

JamesA low intensity chair-based activity session that is designed to be fun and enjoyable! James will teach you different movements that you can even complete from home in your own time which helps you to get moving and stay moving. Suitable for all abilities.

Relaxation & Meditation with Helen – Thursday 10.30am-11.15am

HelenFrom the comfort of your own home, join in as Helen guides us through meditation, relaxation and breathing techniques which are great for reducing stress and improving mental health. Although this session requires little movement, it can also provide a range of health benefits such as improving your immune system.

Aerobics & Toning with Angela – Friday 12.30pm-1.15pm

AngelaMoving to music is beneficial for both the mind and body! This is great for improving fitness and strength by completing a combination of fun, low intensity movements which can be adapted to suit all abilities. Designed to help you have fun while being active – what a great way to start the weekend!
