Earlier this month, Disability Sport Fife key football partner Glenrothes Strollers Football Club hosted a PAN disability football tournament. Participants came from the following clubs – Blantyre, Claremont, Ultra United, Dumbarton, St James, Spartans and of course Glenrothes Strollers.
The sixteen participating teams were ability banded and divided into four divisions. Over 150 players took part on the day. Results were as follows:
- Winners of the Premiership Division – Spartans
- Championship A winners – Ultra United
- Championship B – St James
- League – Ultra United
Glenrothes Strollers players finished third in each of the Leagues they contested. The Glenrothes Strollers League team was awarded the GI Joinery Team Spirit Award and Trophy for the tournament.
