Strathgryffe Tennis Festival is a Smashing Success

Four Additional Support Needs Schools were invited to the annual Strathgryffe Tennis Festival held on Friday 16th March at the Strathgryffe Tennis and Squash club in Renfrewshire.

Seventy five primary and secondary pupils took part in a fun festival which introduced the sport of tennis in a fun environment.

Renfrewshire Leisure supported the event, with Brian Knox from the club leading the event, ably supported by students from the University West of Scotland.

Pupils had the opportunity to try various activities through a setup of fun activity stations, all relating to skills and movements for tennis.

Strathgryffe Tennis and Squash Club are an Inclusive club and welcome anyone with a disability to try tennis.
