On Saturday 7th April Scottish Disability Sport were delighted to support the Muscular Dystrophy UK Family Sports Day, hosted at the Peak in Stirling.
Families from across Scotland were invited to attend the open day where sports on offer included swimming, athletics, boccia and powerchair football.
A special thanks to Scottish Swimming, the Scottish Powerchair Football Association, Forth Valley Disability Sport and Lewis McConnell, SDS Apprentice Boccia Coach for supporting the delivery on the day. All participants had a fantastic day of engagement and are planning to follow up onto weekly sports sessions.
